Three Garden bird photos for a Sunday morning before work. The Robin is in all three. The last one shows a coal tit flying off at speed with the Robin flying in.
The robin hops along the fence to take some seeds from the feeder. He was photographed with his beak full of seed.
Hope to photograph my first Crocuses tomorrow. The flower buds looked like rockets last night under the glow of the security light. Yellow and black rolled flower buds.
Enjoy your weekends wherever you are :)

31*, feels like 25*, 54% humidity, SW 6 mph wind, fair, FLOOD WARNING
It seems like this time of year, despite the fact that I have MORE THEN ENOUGH seed to last a life time, I can not resist browsing the seed racks. I mean catalogues are bad enough, but at least you can't pick up the packets, shake em around to listen to the seeds, smell them, feel their pretty glossy pictures......It seems no

I have had good luck with spritzing compost bins and garbage cans with ammonia or bleach. You have to reapply it after rain but it is a safe deterrent. An excellent and safe product available through Home Hardware is ‘Scarecrow’, an motion activated sprinkler. Works great!
