I do dinner only since breakfasts are simple for me and Mr. Hyper doesn't eat breakfast or lunch. If I have leftovers then I will use up the left overs and skip the next meal on the menu. Freya is one of those cats who makes herself Queen of the castle. She's a very vocal cat and what she wants she better darn get. Apparently what she wanted last night were greens. Micro greens to be exact. I came home to half my micro greens devoured. I don't know HOW she figured out how to get into that spot, I thought it was pretty much safe. 35*, feels like 29*, 78% humidity, SSW 8 mph wind, wintry mix, Severe Weather Alert My little micro-greens experiment is doing great. They are getting their true leaves and I can see what is what. There are spinach seedlings, kale, chard, beat greens and lettuce so far that I can see. I might start another tray so that when I harvest from one I'll have another to harvest while this one recovers

When I first planted it..... Now, after the first big frost----- It's grown a lot since I planted it in the spring.
